In large organisations, Mahmoud spent years leading ERP and business systems programs, both as the customer and the consultant. The strategies were ambitious, the technology was powerful, and the goal was always to streamline operations. Systems were evaluated for the right fit, and teams were supported through the complexity of implementation. He saw SMEs facing the same challenges, but with fewer resources and less guidance.

Hashim is a Mechatronics Engineering (Honours) student with hands-on industry training in security and business systems engineering. Proficient in C and HTML, he brings a strong blend of software, systems thinking, and practical problem-solving. With client-facing consulting experience, and a Security License, Hashim delivers technically sound solutions with on-site readiness and professional insight.
